I am an artist studying studio art and philosophy at Grinnell College. This work focuses on the practical, often subtle, patterns that we interact with in our lives. Experiences as a bicycle mechanic have led to analytical aesthetic preferences, this encourages strong colors, organized forms, and intuitive design. I am always attempting to use “the right tool for the job” by practicing a range of mediums from furniture design, to printmaking, to digital media.
